You can simply rinse with soap and water. Dry the inside with a cloth or paper towel. Leave the top open and flip the cooler upside down to dry thoroughly.

Clean your zipper with warm water after each use to clear dirt and debris. Then, add 4-5 dots of lubricant along the zipper teeth. Open and close the zipper 4 times to evenly distribute lubricant.

While the outside of the cooler does not sweat, you might notice some condensation on the inside of the Dry Zone.

36-can size: This cooler holds 36 12oz Cans without ice packs. Without ice, You can fit 24 cans in the wet zone and 12 cans in the dry zone.

Yes. The same insulation that keeps your cooler cold also keeps in the heat.

The outer material is PU coated polyester. The inner liner is TPU coated nylon. Our materials are BPA free. 

The lid is made of TPU and ABS which is a thermoplastic polymer. Our materials are BPA free. 

No, the strap is not removable. However, the frost vault strap is a bottle opener. Simply unhook the bottle opener, open your bottle and re-hook as needed.

This cooler has a leakproof zipper. As long as the zipper is closed all the way, the cooler is leakproof. The Main Compartment is meant for loose ice, we do not recommend putting loose ice in the dry zone. If you notice minor leaking through the zipper, please use the provided lubricant and follow instructions on lubricating your zipper.

We recommend filling the main compartment with a 2:1 ice to food/drinks ratio. In the top section of your cooler, you can store ice, cans and anything that needs direct ice to stay cold. In the dryzone, store your sandwiches, snacks and anything that can stay cold but you don't want to get soggy in ice.

No, you can not fit a wine bottle standing up inside the cooler, however, our side pockets are perfect to hold a bottle of wine.

Dry Zone is the best solution to the soggy sandwich trapped in the depths of your cooler. Food will stay dry and at refrigerator temps under 40°F for up to hours.

Ninja products undergo rigorous standards for durability testing. If dropped from a low height, your cooler should not be damaged. 

While this cooler isn't water proof, the material is water resistant and will bead off your cooler. 

Release the G-hook from the frost vault belt and use your bottle opener while still attached to the cooler.

Yes, the outside material is protected against stains.

To make sure the weight is distributed evenly, pack the wet zone and dry zone compartments. We recommend filling the main compartment with a 2:1 ice to food/drinks ratio.

The 24 can cooler does not have a chest clip however the 36 can does due to added weight.

Depending on the weather, the outside of your cooler can get wet. However, even in 8 hours of heavy rain, the inside of your cooler will stay dry. Let cooler air dry before storing.

The smell is coming from the cooler lining. In order to reduce the smell, put 3-4 drops of vanilla extract on a cotton cloth and wipe all interior surfaces of the cooler. Leave the cloth in the cooler overnight. 

Flip it upside down to get all the water out and ensure the zone is fully dry before closing.

This is a bottle opener. Simply unhook from the cooler, open a bottle, and re-hook as necessary. 

Common luggage size that is TSA compliant is 22”x14”x9”. Based on the 24 can soft cooler dimensions, it would fit the recommendations provided on the TSA website. As the dimensions of the 36 can are slightly bigger, this model would not fit in an overhead bin. Best practice is to check directly with the airline you are flying as some airlines have different TSA requirements. Additionally, rules vary by airline regarding flying with ice packs.

The zippers are pre-lubricated to prevent any snagging.

No, this cooler is not suitable to hold dry ice.

24-can size: Add 8 cans in the top compartment and fill with 9 lbs of ice. 

36-can size: Add 12 cans in the top compartment and fill with 11 lbs of ice.

It is not recommended to add loose ice to the dry zone. The included ice packs are required for the cooler's dry zone to remain under 40°F.
