What Is Ninja Subscribe & Save Program?

Ninja Subscribe & Save Program is the most convenient way for you to get the products you want delivered to you on a regular schedule. We automatically send your favorite products based on your chosen frequency. The service is easy to use and customizable, so you can make changes online whenever you need. Just tell us how often you want your products, and we'll take it from there. You will receive 15% off with Ninja Subscribe & Save Program orders! 

You always have complete control over your Ninja Subscribe & Save Program orders, and we send an email reminder 4 days before each order ships. You can change your delivery frequency, next order date, or quantity anytime by visiting Ninja Subscribe & Save Program located within your account. Changes to orders can be made anytime within 24 hours of the next scheduled shipment date, and you can cancel at any time.

How do I join?

Joining the Ninja Subscribe & Save Program is easy; it can be done while browsing on a product page or while reviewing items in the shopping cart. To subscribe, simply select the Ninja Subscribe & Save Program option for your desired product, select your preferred shipment frequency, and then check out as normal.

What will happen after I join?

After you join the Ninja Subscribe & Save Program, you will receive an email confirming your subscription. This email will include a link to access the Subscribe & Save section in your account where you can manage your future Ninja Thirsti™ Flavored Water Drops orders, Ninja Subscribe & Save Program items, and Ninja Subscribe & Save Program account information.

We will place your Ninja Subscribe & Save Program orders automatically according to your selected frequency, and you will only be billed on the day the order is shipped. We will send you an email reminder 4 days before each Ninja Subscribe & Save Program order ships. You will also receive email notifications regarding other important information related to your Ninja Subscribe & Save Program account, including when your item is discontinued or out of stock, if you cancel your subscription, and confirmation when an order is placed successfully. 

How do I make change to my order?

Once you’ve joined, the Ninja Subscribe & Save Program is easy to manage. You can change your next order date, skip an order, change your selected frequency, or cancel a Ninja Thirsti™ Flavored Water Drops subscription by visiting the Subscribe & Save section in your account. 

Please allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.

How do I change my order date?

To change your next order date, please visit the Thirsti Subscriptions tab within your My Account section and click the Change Date button to the right of the next order date, then select a new date for your order. This will change the order date for the entire order and your next order will be the subscription frequency from the new order date. 

If a Ninja Subscribe & Save Program order contains multiple items and you would only like to change the order date of a single item, please visit the Subscribe & Save tab while in My Account and select Pause. When the calendar pops up, change the date you would like to have an order for those items to be placed. 

How do I skip a delivery?

To skip a subscription order, visit the Ninja Subscribe & Save Program section within My Account and click the Skip Delivery button to the right of the upcoming order date.

What are the delivery frequency options?

We provide four delivery frequency options for you to choose from. You can have your favorite Thirsti™ flavors delivered to your door every 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 8 weeks, or 10 weeks.

How do I change my delivery frequency?

To modify the delivery frequency for a subscription item, please visit the Subscribe & Save section within your My Account. To change the delivery frequency for an individual subscription item, simply click the frequency dropdown next to the subscription item you would like to modify and select your next desired frequency from the dropdown menu.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel a subscription item, please visit the Subscribe & Save section within My Account and simply click the cancel subscription link to the right of the subscription details. You’ll be prompted to confirm this action and indicate your reason for canceling. Once you’ve selected a cancel reason and clicked the Cancel Subscription button, your subscription will be canceled and no future orders will be placed. You will receive an email notification confirming this action.

Please allow up to 24 hours for any modifications or cancellations to be processed. 

Can I reactivate a cancelled subscription?

To reactivate a subscription item, please visit the Subscribe & Save section within My Account and find the desired Ninja Thirsti™ flavor from your past subscriptions. Click Reactivate Subscription to reactivate the subscription.

How do I make changes to To My Account information?

To review or modify your Ninja Subscribe & Save Program account information, visit Subscribe & Save located within your My Account. You can change your shipping address for an individual order or at the subscription item level, which is the default option and will affect all future orders.

To change your shipping address for an order, please visit the Subscribe & Save tab within My Account and click the Edit link located directly under the current shipping information. Select a previous shipping address from the dropdown menu or create a new one to add to your account. This address will apply to all subscriptions and future orders unless otherwise noted. 

Please remember to click OK and verify that your updated information has been saved successfully. We kindly ask that you allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed. 

How do I view my future deliveries?

You can view your future orders by visiting the Subscribe & Save tab within My Account. All orders are displayed on this page and are split out by date. 

What does Send Now mean on my subscription dashboard?

By clicking Send Now your order will go into an "Order Processing" state, where you can no longer make any edits to the order. Any subscription items will have a new order created for today’s date and subscription frequency.  Please note that if your order doesn't meet the requirements for free shipping (minimum of 5 flavors), then you may be charged a shipping fee of $9.99.

Will I get an email notification before a subscripiton order is being shipped?

Yes, you will be notified when your subscription order is created via an Order Confirmation email. Additionally, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with the tracking number once the order is shipped.  

How do I combine flavor subscriptions to be in the same order?

Ninja Subscribe & Save Program items that have the same order date, shipping address, billing address, and payment method will ship as one order. 

If you have more than one Ninja Subscribe & Save Program item and want the items to ship in the same order, simply visit the Thirsti Subscriptions tab in the My Account section and change the next order dates to be the same. If they do not combine, confirm the orders are going to the same shipping address and have the same billing address and payment method. 

Can I add more flavors to my next order with an existing flavor subscription?

Yes! To do so, you must be logged into your account. Visit the item’s page you wish to add to your order and find the Add To Next Auto Delivery button. When you click this button, you will have the option to add the item as a one-time-only or as a subscription. 

What forms of payment are accepted?

Credit, Debit, Google Pay, and Pay Pal are all accepted forms of payment. We do not accept installment payments at this time for flavors. 

Are you sending me a notification when my credit card will expire?

Yes, you will receive an email notification to the email address on file within your My Account.

How can I change /update the payment information for my subscription?

Currently, our online systems do not include the option to change your credit card payment information. We will offer this in the future. In the interim, you can cancel the existing subscription and create a new one with your preferred credit card. 

How do I update my shipping address?

Log into My Account and update your shipping address within Subscribe & Save. If you have orders on multiple cadences, please be sure to update your shipping address accordingly.

When will I be charged for a Subscribe & Save purchase?

Your payment method on file will be charged on the date the product is shipped.

Can I return flavor pods?

New, unopened Ninja Thirsti™ Flavored Water Drops are eligible for a refund. Please contact Ninja Customer Support to assist.

What if a flavor pod in my subscription changes or runs out?

If an order contains both out-of-stock Ninja Thirsti™ flavors and in-stock Ninja Thirsti™ flavors, out-of-stock items will be removed from the original order so the in-stock items can be shipped.

For the out-of-stock item(s), SharkNinja will attempt to place an order every day for 30 days. After 30 days, SharkNinja will cancel the order. 

You will receive email communications on days 1, 15, and 30. 

Can I pause a subscription?

Yes, pausing a subscription allows you to move your next order date out while keeping the same frequency as selected.  

Do I get charged shipping fees for my order?

For orders that have less than 5 flavor pods ($29.70 cart value), a $9.99 shipping fee will be added to the order.  For orders with 5 or more flavor pods, free shipping will be applied to the order at checkout.  Multiple flavors pods can be combined into one order by aligning dates of deliveries across orders

Why is the Subscribe & Save discount not added to my first order?

Similar to other subscription programs, incentives are dependent on multiple orders. All consecutive orders will have a discount.
