WC1000 Series Ninja Thirsti™ Drink System - CO2 Refill Club FAQs

Joining our CO2 Refill Club ensures you save 30% on future CO2 refills with free shipping. There are two ways to sign up, depending on the number of CO2 canisters you currently have at home:

1. Order CO2 Spare Canisters (if you have fewer than 2 canisters at home):
   • Purchase CO2 spare canisters on ninjakitchen.com, choosing either a 1-pack or 2-pack.
   • Purchasing a 2-pack automatically enrolls you in the CO2 Refill Club.
   • Your canisters will come with a CO2 refill box and a free return label. Please keep this box for returning your empties.
   • Once you have 2 empty canisters, package them in the CO2 refill box, label it with the included shipping label, and mail it back to us via USPS for free.
   • Upon receiving your empties, we'll send you 2 new canisters automatically, saving you 30%.
2. Order a CO2 Refill Box (if you have at least 2 empty canisters at home):
   • Order a CO2 Refill Box on ninjakitchen.com.
   • During checkout, you'll be prompted to login or create an account to join the CO2 refill program.
   • Your CO2 refill box will include a free return label.
   • Package your 2 empty canisters with the CO2 refill box and label, then mail the box to us via USPS for free.
   • Once received, we'll send you 2 new canisters automatically, saving you 30%.

By joining our CO2 Refill Club, you save 30% on future CO2 refills for (2) 60L CO2 canisters, plus enjoy free shipping. Here are the two ways to join and participate:

1. Order CO2 Spare Canisters (if you have fewer than 2 canisters at home):
   • Visit ninjakitchen.com to order CO2 spare canisters. Choose either a 1-pack or 2-pack.
   • Purchasing a 2-pack automatically enrolls you in the CO2 Refill Club.
   • Your canisters will arrive with a CO2 refill box and a free return label. Please keep this box for returning your empties.
   • Once you have 2 empty canisters, package them in the CO2 refill box and label it with the included shipping label.
   • Mail the box back to us via USPS for free.
   • Upon receiving your empties, we'll send you 2 new canisters automatically, saving you 30%.
2. Order a CO2 Refill Box (if you have at least 2 empty canisters at home):
   • Order a CO2 Refill Box on ninjakitchen.com (link provided).
   • During checkout, you'll be prompted to login or create an account to join the CO2 refill program.
   • Your CO2 refill box will include a free return label.
   • Package your 2 empty canisters with the CO2 refill box and label, then mail the box to us via USPS for free.
   • Once received, we'll send you 2 new canisters automatically, saving you 30%.

You can sign up for the CO2 refill program! Order a CO2 Refill box (if you already have at least (2) empty canisters at home) on ninjakitchen.com.  If you don’t have at least (2) empty canisters, you can buy another spare 60L CO2 canister on ninjakitchen.com.

Your CO2 refill box will arrive with a label for free returns. Package up your (2) empties with the CO2 refill box and label and mail the box to us via USPS for free. We’ll automatically send you (2) new canisters when we receive your empties, saving you 30%.

You can order as many spare 60L CO2 canisters as you wish, but our CO2 Refill Club refills (2) empty canisters at a time, and we recommend you have at least (3) Canisters. With (3) canisters, you can always have (1) CO2 canister in your Thirsti™ while we’re refilling your other (2), to help ensure you never run out of bubbles and can always make customized tasty drinks at home.

In this case, it is likely you already signed up for the CO2 refill club to help you save 30% on future CO2 refills and mailed back your (2) empty canisters.  When USPS scans your CO2 refill return box once you mail it through USPS, this automatically triggers a shipment of (2) new CO2 canisters. When the shipment is triggered, your card will be charged.

You can discontinue your CO2 Refill Club membership by ceasing to send your empty CO2 canisters back to us for refill. 

If you want to return your empty canisters, please call Ninja Thirsti™ Customer Support to generate a return label for your CO2 canisters that will not trigger a refill charge and order.

Alternatively, you can also dispose of your empty CO2 canisters at your local recycling facility.

You can purchase another CO2 refill box on the Thirsti™ site HERE, if you have misplaced your CO2 refill box.

Yes. It is okay to return CO2 canisters without the black cap.

Ninja Thirsti CO2 is both food and beverage grade.

Each Thirsti™ 60L CO2 Canister makes approximately 80-100, 12oz carbonated drinks. 

Yes! We refill any brand's 60L threaded screw-in style CO2 canisters, we just ask you to send in (2) at a time for refills. We recommend you have a total of (3) canisters in total.  With (3) canisters, you can always have (1) CO2 canister in your Thirsti™ while we’re refilling your other (2), to help ensure you never run out of bubbles and can always make customized tasty drinks at home.

The purchase of the 2-pack of CO2 on NinjaKitchen.com will automatically enroll you in the CO2 Refill Club, however, you can opt-out of the refill program by not using the USPS label for free returns and refills.

Order CO2 spare canisters on ninjakitchen.com if you don’t already have at least (2) canisters at home.  Select either (1) or (2) spare canisters.  We recommend you have at least (3) canisters, so you are never out of CO2.

Please note that the 2-pack of CO2 will automatically enroll you in the CO2 Refill Club. If you opt to purchase a 1-pack of CO2, you will need to also purchase the CO2 Refill Box to enroll.

Once you checkout and purchase your spare canisters or box, your order will arrive with a CO2 refill box and a label for free returns.  Please save the box your spare CO2 canisters come in because this is the box you will use to send your empties back to us.

Once you have (2) empty canisters, package up the canisters in the CO2 refill box, label the box with the shipping label included in your original spare CO2 canisters purchase and mail the box back to us via USPS for free.

We’ll automatically send you (2) new canisters when we receive your empties, saving you 30%.

The Thirsti™ canisters can be disposed of at a local recycling facility.
